How 2 start a business?


Are you considering starting a business in Denmark but want to know more about all the practicalities?



 

This webinar of 1 hour will give you a basic overview of starting a business in Denmark. It will cover:

  • Which form of business should I choose? And what are the differences?
  • Where should I register what? And in what order?
  • Various matters concerning tax
  • What about employees and salaries and payroll systems?
  • Various matters concerning VAT
  • Invoice rules, bookkeeping and auditing
  • Which insurances are statutory and which are good to have?
  • Concluding questions via chat

You will in an intensive way be introduced to and get to know the most important things that are good to know in connection with starting a business.

The day before the webinar, you will receive an access link and the presentation, and a link to relevant public websites has been inserted in the presentation.
